Symptoms
When attempting to update a supplier address the following error occurs:
Address name is already in use
Steps to reproduce:
1. Payables> Suppliers > Entry
2. Query Supplier data
3. Update Supplier data
4. Click Update button in Address Book window
5. Try to update the address book data.
