Symptoms
When declining an air shipment with a decline code of FVF, the shipment is retendered to the same service provider and same flight but on a different day. However, as a result, the cutoff and recovery times on the shipment are removed and the shipment is retendered to the first available flight for the order rather than the next earliest flight.
