On Oracle Applications 11.5.10.2 version, Workflow Mailer
Actual Behavior
The Workflow Mailer goes down frequently with a status of System Deactivated with the following failure in the log file:
Thread[inboundThreadGroup1,5,inboundThreadGroup]:0:-1:1:UNEXPECTED:[SVC-GSM-WFMLRSVC-459151-10006 : oracle.apps.fnd.wf.mailer.IMAPResponseHandler.processSingleMessage(Message)]:Problem reaching content in step {Writing to NID parser} -> javax.mail.internet.AddressException: Illegal whitespace in address in string ``email=<EMAIL>''
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Monitor the Workflow Mailer in Workflow Manager.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot send email notifications.
