Symptoms

After replacing a RAID, when running a concurrent request of the execution method Oracle Reports, such as the "Active Users" report with the XML output format, the following request log file error occurs.

"emsg:was terminated by signal 10
...
Program was terminated by signal 10
Concurrent Manager encountered an error while running Oracle*Report for your concurrent request <concurrent_request_id>."
