Last updated on JULY 20, 2024

Applies to:

Symptoms

A Trade Transaction is created with multiple Trade Transaction Lines. Each Trade Transaction Line has less then 1000 Reference Numbers, however the total number of Reference Numbers for all the Trade Transaction Lines on the Trade Transaction sum up to over 1000. When the user edits a Trade Transaction Line the following message is presented under the Reference Number section:

"The number of records returned (1080) has exceeded the maximum configured limit of 1000."

Steps to replicate:

1. Navigate to Trade Compliance Management -> Trade Transaction Management -> Trade Transaction
2. Search for Transaction
3. Edit the Transaction
4. Go to Transaction Line tab
5. Edit a Transaction Line by clicking on one of the pencil icons
6 .Scroll down and you will see the following even though there are less than 1000 Refnums on this specific Line

The number of records returned (1080) has exceeded the maximum configured limit of 1000
