at java.util.Hashtable.put(Hashtable.java:514)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAPageContextImpl.putSessionValue(OAPageContextImpl.java:1464)

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  iReceivables
Navigation:  Account Details
Click on All Locations > Account Summary > Account/Overdue Receivables
Error occurs

Navigating to individual Operating Units (OUs) and use the same navigation shows the transactions.

Some Observations :
Case 1:
Tier : Internal Tier
Responsibility : iReceivables 2.0 Internal Responsibility
Getting Java Exception error

Case 2:
Tier : DMZ - iReceivables Tier
Responsibility : iReceivables Account Management Responsibility
Getting Java Exception error

Due to this issue, users cannot view details for their Account under all organizations, and can view only by organization.
This is very time consuming, since some have 80+ OUs.
