Symptoms

Customer has an Order that requires multiple shipments (due to size of equipment and load configuration). As such, the order is split. One of the shipments is full and therefore a good match for a TL rate (cost effective). The other shipment is small and more cost effective to be an LTL shipment. However, OTM is creating both shipments as TL shipments.
