Symptoms

The Trade Item's action 'Apply Product Classification Template' does not override Product Classification Code of the same Classification Type, but adding another row with the new value instead.

For example:
Select a Trade Item 'ITEM_1' that contains only one class type/code ECCN US / DOMAIN_A -> Action -> Apply Product Classification Template 'CLASS_TEMPLATE_1' that contains only one class type/code ECCN US / DOMAIN_B

Now edit the Trade Item 'ITEM_1' -> You will find two product classification records.

ECCN US / DOMAIN_A
ECCN US / DOMAIN_B

Overriding does not work.
