Goal

How to set up flat fee pricing for volume ranges?

Business needs to set up pricing for ranges quantity where there is no unit price, but a flat fee for the entire range.
For example, quantity 1-10 is $520.
  Quantity 11-30 is $1280.
  Quantity 31-50 is $2600.
The increase in value is not a calculable value. Doesn't matter if the quantity is 4 or 9, the total price is $520.
If the quantity is 12, the total price is $1280. If the quantity is 28, the total price is also $1280.
