Transactions Workbench Issue: TAX Records Are Missing in RA_CUST_TRX_LINE_GL_DIST Table for the Credit Memo

Symptoms
There are A few TAX records, which are having PREVIOUS_CUSTOMER_TRX_LINE_ID stamped as NULL, in the RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_LINES table for regular Credit Memos. As a result, the distributions are missing in the RA_CUST_TRX_LINE_GL_DIST table for these TAX Records.
Since the ADJUSTED_DOC_TAX_LINE_ID column is not populated in the ZX_LINES table, the PREVIOUS_CUSTOMER_TRX_LINE_ID is populated as null in the RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_LINES table and TAX records are missing in the RA_CUST_TRX_LINE_GL_DIST table.
