Symptoms
On 12.1.3 version, Service contract Renewals
When attempting to renew a couple of contracts with over 400 lines, the following error occurs:
ERROR
-----------------------
Invalid value for the column chr_id. (COL_NAME=cle_id)
Program Error: Contract - XXXX could not be renewed. Contact your support representative.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps
1. Using Service Contract Manager responsibility
2. Query certain contract over 400 lines
3. Right click renew
4. Enter Duration for 1 year
5. Click on Renew and then the error is displayed
Same error when submitting through the concurrent process.
