Item is Not Under Inventory Controls yet Ship Confirm Errors with Delivery Details in this Delivery Do Not Satisfy Inventory Controls (Doc ID 1910428.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to ship confirm, the following error occurs with the following data status :


ERROR

Delivery details xxxxx in this delivery do not satisfy inventory controls.

HTMomse11i.sql order output also shows the following warning in the WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS table for the affected delivery detail:   

10. Pickable_Flag on Delivery Detail does Not Match with Mtl_Transactions_Enabled_Flag on Mtl_System_Items.

>Order line is in an awaiting shipping status.
>Delivery detail is in a staged status.
>OE_INTERFACED_FLAG = 'N' and INV_INTERFACED_FLAG = 'X'.
>Pickable_flag in WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS is 'N'.
>Delivery detail is assigned to an open delivery.
>No trip stop has been created.
>Transactable Item Attribute is Yes for ordered item.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
1. Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Shipping
3. Transactions
4. Ship Confirm



Changes

 Transactable Item Attribute was changed to No after sales order was created.
