Symptoms
Customer has a multiple Rate Records for a Rate Offering, where the Rate Records have conditions based on Source Planned Departure Time. When this rate is considered for the second leg of an itinerary, the wrong rate is selected based on that second leg shipment. The Rate Condition is being tested based on the time of the first shipment instead of the second.
