PO Autocreate Error - Unable To Create PO From Approved Requisition

Symptoms
There is a single line requisition in APPROVED state.
The PO Autocreate form is then used to create a PO.
The PO Autocreate form throws back the following error:
Error: Requisition # XXX, Line # <line number> failed to autocreate due to Error: Column UNIT_PRICE should not be NULL. (VALUE=)

1. Profile QP: Licensed for Product is set to Purchasing at the Application level
