When attempting to perform Misc. receipt, the following error occurs.

Reproduce Steps

In Responsibility 'XXX Warehouse Super User':
1. Define a new ITEM
Unit of Measure:
Primary : Pieces, Tracking : Primary & Secondary, Pricing : Primary, Secondary: Master Pack, Defaulting : Default
Deviation Factor + : 50%, Deviation Factor - 50%
Conversions : Item specific
This item is copied from @Purchased Item

2. Material Setup > Units of Measure > Conversions > Intra Class:

<ITEM> Master Pack Content = 30 * Pieces

3. Do misc receipt
- Enter the item, primary UOM is defaulted, enter '40' as the primary quantity, secondary quantity is auto populated as 1.33333 .
- Manually change secondary quantity from 1.33333 to be as 1
- Got Decision Dialogue with message :
Apply Converted quantity to primary quantity?
- Choose to click 'No'
- Got error message at form bottom:
FRM-40735: WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502
- Then end user cannot proceed with the transaction forward after choose 'No'
