Misleading Error On Running A Custom Action (Doc ID 1910950.1)

Goal

If a custom action (that triggers an agent) is configured on any object in OTM, agent runs as desired, however, a screen appears saying "No Results were returned from this action". This is misleading to users as in actual, actions are being performed as desired.
