Requisition SHows As Cancelled If Already Received Partially And Then Cancelled (Doc ID 1911508.1)

Goal

The Requisition status is shown Cancelled where the requisition was already received partially and then Cancelled.

Steps:
create a requisition with one line and and created PO and approved.
now receive partially.
create a change request to cancel the line.
the change request completes correctly
-> However now requisition header is showing the status as 'Cancelled' instead of 'Approved'

This is different to 11i where the status of the requisition stays Approved and the line is cancelled correctly.
However in R12 the status of the requisition header is changed to Cancelled.
