Symptoms

APXCCINV module: Create Credit Card Issuer Invoice is not generating any Credit Card Issuer invoice and the report displays "*** No Data Exists for this Report ***"

Steps to recreate
-------------------------
Upload and validate/approve credit card transactions
Submit the concurrent request for APXCCINV module: Create Credit Card Issuer Invoice
No invoices are created as the "Create Credit Card Issuer Invoice Program Bank of America Visa" report shows:

 *** No Data Exists for this Report ***

Expected Behavior
----------------------------
Expect that a credit card issuer invoice should be created and that the report should show the invoices that were generated.
