Symptoms

When attempting to open a PO (Purchase Order) from BWC (Buyer Work Center), the following error occurs:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.PersistenceException:
JBO-26010: Invalid Entity Attribute Name "EnableAllSites" specified for the View Attribute "PoHeaderMergeVO" at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAPageErrorHandler.prepareException(OAPageErrorHandler.java:1247)

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Purchasing Responsibility, open Buyer Work Center, and then open Requisitions tab
  2. Select Requisition, from Document Builder Type, select New Order
  3. Add > Create, then get the error.
