ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When running the Uninvoiced Receipts Report, the output is showing the XML tags but no data for one operating unit.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Purchasing Responsibility > requests > run "Uninvoiced receipts report" program in the problematic operating unit
