When creating an Internal move from a repair order to move customer's product from one inventory org/depot to another the requisition import process user get an error.

ERROR
-----------------------
 "The suggested buyer is not a valid buyer or worker Cause: You entered an invalid buyer. Action: Enter a valid buyer."

OR

Requisition Import Exceptions Report shows: SUGGESTED_BUYER_ID NO MESSAGE IN MESSAGE DICTIONARY

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Internal Moves .
2. Go (btn) . New Internal Move (btn) .
3. Enter OU/Org.Location > Click Apply

Receive Error: Creation of Internal Requisition has failed. Please check the concurrent program log for Requisition Import program for more details.

STEPS

1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Pre-populate the req interface table
3. Ensure suggested buyer code is populated for an internal sourced item
