Symptoms

You are importing Transactions, using AutoInvoice, and receive the following error:

ERROR
-----
The system cannot find tax information for tax regime ARGENTINA-VAT and tax IVA. Please contact your tax manager

Manual transaction can be create without any problem

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables with Latin Tax Engine enable for Argentina
Navigation:  Request > Run
Run Argentina AutoInvoice Import program
Program ends successfully, but when opens the output file observed the error described.
