R12: PSI Views do not Include CLM CLIN SLIN Formatted Line Numbers (Doc ID 1916513.1)

Project Status Inquiry (PSI) COTS Views in Oracle Project Costing do not include Contract Life-Cycle Management (CLM), Contract Line Number (CLIN) / Sub-Line Number (SLIN) formatted line numbers for CLM Requisitions and Awards (POs).

The issue is with the underlying view data in the view PA_COMMITMENT_TXNS_V.  This view is used for reporting against project-related commitment details, including the line number.  The data in the view needs to reflect the line numbers used by the CLM product for Contract Line Numbers (CLINs) and Contract Sub-Line Numbers (SLINs) used in the customer facing forms of the CLM product.  The PO Line Numbers do not directly 'line up' with the CLM Line Numbers, causing confusion for the CLM reporting, i.e. PO Line Number 5 in one example is equal to CLM Line Number 000134, and only the PO Line Number is provided in the view.

Is there a way to modify the PA_COMMITMENT_TXNS_V to include logic for CLM Line Numbers if NOT NULL in PO_LINES and PO_REQUISITION_LINES field: LINE_NUM_DISPLAY (i.e., CLM Line Number)? This will provide CLM Line Number details in the PA_COMMITMENT_TXNS_V needed for reporting of project-related Commitments. How can this be added?
