Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Subledger Accounting
When attempting to run the Actual Cost Process he following error occurs.
Warning Message in Log file

Warning: gmfacost_ic_xfer_mst_uom_conv Item Search failed for item_id 9 organization_id 99 combination
Error Message
-------------------------
Cannot find the item record in organization 99 for the item Id: 9.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define shipping network with Transfer Type of Direct between two Inventory Organizations (IO).
2. Both Inventory Organizations are in the same Ledger and Operating Units (OU) but in different Legal Entities (LE)
3. Run the ACP and found the above warning and error messages.
4. There is no item cost for the Inter-org transferred item in the destination Inventory Organization.
