NFRC Rule Application On Quote Does Not Consider INCO Term Profile Criteria On NFRC Rule (Doc ID 1917390.1)

Symptoms

Customer has an NFRC Rule configured that includes an Inco Term on the Criteria. They have a Quote that is assigned a different Inco Term. When running "Find Shipping Options" on this Quote, it is applying the NFRC even though the Inco Terms do match.
