Goal

Please provide instructions on how/where to create credentials to access the standalone BI-Publisher server (The Handbooks: "OTM Report Designer’s Guide - Release 6.3 - Part No. E38433-01" as well as "Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher Report Designer's Guide" do not define this.

We need top know:
a) where to create the users
b) what rights need to be assigned (incl. if there are specific groups to be created)
c) Which technical users (ReadOnly to execute reports from OTM) are needed, and the rights they require
c) if those users can be linked to OTM users in any form
