People Management Template Duplicate Check Not Finding Employee (Doc ID 1918326.1)

People Management Find Window does not retrieve duplicate person in the business group. When using PER_ENTER_EMPS template, it does not retrieve contingent worker with the same name, on the other hand, when using PER_ENTER_CWK template, it does not retrieve the employee with the same name.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

When creating Contingent Worker:

1. Create a people management form using the PER_ENTER_CWK template.
2. Add "Duplicate Check (Maintain)" button.
3. Enter First name and Last name in the form and click on the duplicate button.
4. "Find Window" opens but the existing employee with the same name is not retrieved.

When creating Employee:

1. Create a people management form using trhe PER_ENTER_EMP template.
2. Add "Duplicate Check (Maintain)" button.
3. Enter First name and Last name in the form and click on the duplicate button.
4. "Find Window" opens but the existing contingent worker with the same name is not retrieved.
