Securing Attributes Like ICX_SUPPLIER_SITE_ID Not Available For Custom Responsibility (Doc ID 1920018.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The below securing attributes are not available in the List of values to set for Custom iSupplier responsibility

ICX Supplier Contact ID
ICX Supplier Org ID
ICX Supplier Site ID

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
LOV to select should be able in Securing Attributes

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to System Administrator > Security > Responsibility >Define > Query for the Custom iSupplier responsibility
2. Click on Securing Attributes
3. Search for the securing attributes.
    It is not available in the list of values
