Symptoms
Rates are configured with custom currency. When planning using the a CrossDock Itinerary, OTM is selecting the more expensive option (between Direct and Xdock choices). In reviewing the costs, it looks like OTM is using the DEFAULT currency exchange rate when summing the CrossDock costs and then using that to compare to the Direct Cost that was calculated with the custom exchange rate.
