MTO Is Generating Repeated Batches For The Same Sales Order When Assembly to Order Flag is Checking on Item in Process Enabled Organizations (Doc ID 1921020.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Batches

Create an order for an item that has the Assembly to Order Flag on the Order Management tab in the item set to Yes in process enabled organizations.
Run the "Process Manufacturing Make to Order" concurrent request for this sales order. The process create a new batch for the order however the reservation to the batch
is not being created. Run "Process Manufacturing Make to Order" concurrent request for the same Sales Order and each time that the concurrent is executed a new batch is
created but no reservation is created against the sales order line to the batch.

The log file shows following:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Resp: Inventory > setup > master item
Set up an item that as Assemble to Order flag checked on the order management tab.
Assign item to process enabled organization
2. After adding item to price list, in order management create a sales order for this item in a process enabled organization - Book order
3. Run Run "Process Manufacturing Make to Order" concurrent request for this order
Note that batch was created however the reservation to the batch on the sales order line was not created
