Symptoms

After configuring the In Application Support (IAS) Configuration page, and deploying the content for use in a Targeted application help menu for context sensitive help, the following error is received in the browser:

Error:

Error code 404
Page cannot be displayed

Steps:
------
1. Log into Targeted Application
2. Click Help link
3. Error message 404 displays
