Symptoms
Descriptions do not update when new codes are chosen in IProcurement.
Due to this issue, users cannot enter a description in the field.
Steps to Reperoduce
1. in iProcurement, Click on “Charge Account” link
2. Note cost center code (333333) and description (SECONDEES):
3. Remove Cost Centre and click on torch (flashlight) icon.
4. Click on a Cost Centre by clicking Quick Select icon.
