On : 12.2.3 version, Seeded Timecard Layouts, When attempting to create a new Timecard,

the following error occurs.

You cannot create a new timecard. You have already created all the timecards available to you for your date range

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Self Service Time > Create Timecard
