RIQResultInfo And CostDetailInfo Elements Missing From The RIQResult XML

Symptoms
When performing RIQ having the IncludeRefInfo set to Y, the details of the RIQResultInfo and CostDetailsInfo are not included in the RIQResult XML.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create 3 locations: A, B, C
2. Create an itinerary from A to C going through B
3. Create the needed rate for this
4. Import the xml for RemoteQuery
