Symptoms

When attempting to delete/update salary records (Salary Basis or Salary Proposal), the following error occurs.


Error : You cannot remove future changes, there is an assignment deletion




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. XX HRMS Manager >
2. People > Enter and maintain > Query an employee
3. Assignment > Make a change on Salary basis or Salary proposal
