Payment time AWT is different to the projected withholding tax

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create standard invoice with withholding code
2. Validate invoice
3. Go to: Reports> View Projected Withholding
Users cannot get proper AWT calculated and displayed
