Symptoms
When bulk planning 2 Order Movements which use different itinerary leg, one with optimize equipment and the other with no equipment, the bulk plan logic will fail to plan one of the Order Movements if the parameter PLAN WITH CARRIER COMMITMENT is set to true. The error seen in the log is
Cannot add the S_SHIP_UNIT record. S_SHIP_UNIT_GID must be unique.
