Symptoms
When attempting to view the output and log files for concurrent requests the following error appears in browser:
Error connecting to database O604UD_patch: ORA--1
This occurred after applying an adop patch (18836250); can't see anymore concurrent outputs/logs.
But when looking at the filesystem (under APPLCSF) can see both log and output files.
This patch was recently applied to a test instance without any problem.
