Symptoms

Enhancement Request: Need a public API for Auto-creation of batches to publish items
Currently there is no public API to auto-create batch of items to be published.
Items to be published have to be added to the batch manually but you have a need to add items to a batch systematically.
There is an API to auto-create batches which is available in 12.2.3. This has been back-ported to 12.1.3.
