Assignment Set: Generate Button is Enabled When 'HR:Query Only Mode' Profile Option is Set to Yes (Doc ID 1922789.1)

Symptoms

Users with Profile Option 'HR:Query Only Mode' set to 'Yes' are able to create Assignment Sets because the Generate button is enabled.  The Generate button should not be enabled in Query Only mode.


Steps To Reproduce

1. Set profile option "HR:Query Only Mode" to "Yes" at the user level.

2. (N) Payroll -> Assignment Set

3. Enter assignment set information with some criteria.

4. Click on the 'Generate' button and assignment set is created.
