Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Receipts Related

You are unable to query a Receipt, for particular user or responsibility (or all users or all responsiiblities). 

The Receipts were created correctly and can be queried from backend table AR_CASH_RECEIPTS_ALL.

Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation:  Receipts > Receipts
Query the receipt by giving number or customer details 
Forms says 'Query Causes No Data to be Retrieved'
