On : 12.1.3 version, Warranty/Extended Warranty Integration
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Warranty Contracts are not getting created while creating a manual Installed Base for some items. The issue happens when Install Date used is in the past and not the same as IB Creation Date.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Warranty should be created even if the install date is earlier than IB creation date.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manually create a instance for a IB trackable item which has warranty
2. Use Install Date = 14-DEC-2013 and IB creation date = 2-SEP-2014.
3. Instance is created but warranty is not created.
