Audit Trail Settings On GTM Registration Object Is Not Working (Doc ID 1925525.1)

Symptoms


 When attempting to configure the Audit Trail for GTM Registration - Modified, it is seen that there is no there is no audit trail present modifying the GTM Registration.

 --The following errors are present in the logs:
2014-07-24 09:32:41.541 196131 Error Exception Cannot update the AUDIT_TRAIL record. [AUDIT_OBJECT_TYPE_GID] must reference a valid AUDIT_OBJECT_TYPE record.
  java.sql.BatchUpdateException: ORA-02291: integrity constraint (GLOGOWNER.FK_AT_AUDIT_OBJECT_TYPE_GID) violated - parent key not found

Steps to replicatE:
1. Navigated to Business Process Automation >Communication Management > Contact
2. Created Contact of Audit
3. On the Notification Tab defined the following:

Com Method ID Audit Rank 1

Subject -GTM REGISTRATION - MODIFIED
Restrictions - INTEGRATION or INTERNAL or USER
Com Method Audit

4. Clicked Save then Finished
5. Navigated to Trade Master Data > Registration Management >Registration
6. Created new Registration
7. Clicked Finished
8. Go in and Modify the Registration, example type in Registration name or change it click Finished.

When viewing the logs I see the following Error:

2014-07-24 13:16:26.413 386444 Error Exception Cannot update the AUDIT_TRAIL record. AUDIT_OBJECT_TYPE_GID must reference a valid AUDIT_OBJECT_TYPE record.

9. For Verification, navigate to Business Process and Automation > Audit Trail Management > Notification
10. Type in GTM REGISTRATION - MODIFIED then search
11. There are no results returned...I even tried viewing through Sql backdoor.
