Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Migration Issues 11i to R12

After running migration from 11i to r12.1.3 see
the following error in log file related to balance migration.

ERROR
-----------------------

Balance migration failed for item nnnnnnnnn (iiii), warehouse www, Lot Number llll(jjjj), Location GENERAL
Value mmm has expired. (FND_ERROR_LOCATION_FIELD=) (FND_MESSAGE_TYPE=E)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform migration from 11i to R12.1.3

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, some balances were not migrated to R12 from 11i.
