Symptoms

Find that "Attachments" icon in Extra Information form in Core HR  is disabled


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to HRMS Super User
2. Query an employee
3. Go to Others->Extra Information ->View->Attachments icon is disabled
