APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1422 in FDFGCD
Symptoms
When attempting to update a segment in people group field,
the following error occurs.
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1422 in FDFGCD
Cause: FDFGCD failed due to ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to HRMS Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to people, enter and maintain, select the employee
3. Go to the assignment screen
4. Select the people group flex field data
5. Update any segment
6. Select ok, and the error occurs
