R12: PA: Error While Generating Forms Object Using Adadmin

Symptoms
We are doing migration of Oracle E-Business Suite R12.1.3 from Linux 32-bit to Linux 64-bit server.
We have configured application tier following Oracle document => Note 471566.1 - 'Migrating Oracle E-Business Suite R12 from Linux 32-bit to Linux 64-bit'
While generating forms object on 64 bit server using adadmin we are getting below error.
AD_DEFERRED_JOBS table dropped.
The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:
pa forms/US PAXTRAPE.fmx
