Symptoms

PRC: Generate Asset Lines for a Single Project did not create any project_asset_id in pa_project_assets_all for those expenditure items for transaction Source CSE_IPV_ADJUSTMENT source.
This has happened for 332 expenditure items created on 17-Jun-2014 for that CSE_IPV_ADJUSTMENT .

Oracle Asset Tracking is used.
