Goal
This note explains how to personalize the HTML Service Request Create page called by Email Center. And also gives examples of the set-up and configuration required for certain common types of personalization.
Note
Before version 12.1.3 it is not possible to show a DFF field visible on Forms on the HTML pages, if the DFF is defined with a referencing field. A warning will be given when the flexfield is compiled to this effect.
With 12.1.3 version of the product it is possible to have, context sensitive DFF displayed on HTML, please see the following document for details:
