Java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException When Uploading BI Publisher Reports to Clustered Environment and Server Not Initialized Repository Error (Doc ID 1929440.1)

Symptoms

When uploading new BIP reports or templates to the server, the upload fails and the logs show a java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException.

Clustered environment with BI Publisher and OBIEE. OBIEE is disabled. Catalog is set to File System.

Changes

Server setup has been reconfigured.

While accessing server the "Server not initialized. Please make sure the repository is ready" Error appears.
